About Me
Hey there! I’m Flavien Jaquerod, a Master’s student in Cybersecurity at both EPFL and ETHZ. My background is in Microengineering, but I’ve since transitioned into cybersecurity—a field I’m deeply passionate about.
What I Do
I’m particularly interested in offensive security, secure coding, and formal methods. My work and studies involve:
- Red teaming & penetration testing
- Reverse engineering
- Bug bounties & vulnerability research
- Writing security research & technical walkthroughs
- Formal verification of software – Currently working in the

Experience
- Full-Stack Developer (Startup)
- Worked for a year during my civil service, building a mobile app from scratch and scaling it to 100+ active daily users. Handled backend, frontend, and deployment.
- Student Assistant (EPFL)
- Assisted in teaching Analysis I, Analysis II, Physics II, Microcontrolers, ICC I, ICC II. Provided guidance to junior students, helping them grasp complex concepts and succeed in their coursework.
